The heads of Minneapolis government are attempting to manage public outrage thru measured releases of whitewashed information.
Recent events in the Minneapolis area have highlighted the egregious acts and negligent conduct by numerous members of the Minneapolis Police department, Mayors office and the Hennepin County Attorney’s office. This rationing of information is an attempt to mitigate damage control.
The continuing whitewashing of information extends into the ever bias, derelict and political arm of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI).
Quote from BCI report:
"Minneapolis PD arrived on scene. Upon police arrival, a female 'slaps' the back of the patrol squad," "After that, it is unknown to BCA(Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension) agents what exactly happened, but the female became deceased in the alley."
“Female became deceased” ?
The above captions are whitewashed lies.
BCA officials already have the testimony of fellow officer Harrity who indicated that officer Noor discharged his weapon at Justine Damond.
Six year old children could have prepared a better report.
It appears BCI investigators took their narrative right out of a Monty Python scene. In their report they couldn’t remember the deceased female’s name. Justine Damond was not a bloody parrot lying in the alley; she was a victim of egregious, negligent and deadly force by the very people who are supposed to be peace officers.
The report should have stated Justine Damond was manslaughtered !
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office recently released their findings in the death of Justine Damond. There was no whitewashing of the incident by this agency.

In our previous post we identified numerous government officials who should also be held accountable for the egregious, negligent conduct of Minneapolis police. These officials, as overseers of law enforcement, abnegated their entrusted powers to protect the public.
These officials included Mayor Betsy Hodges , County Attorney Mike Freeman and so many other officials who have failed their duties to properly monitor law enforcement in Minneapolis.
Simple public records request will reveal a well orchestrated, systematic failure by the Minneapolis police department of adhering to their own written policies and procedures that are in place to protect both police and citizens.
These failures rise with authority, all the way to the top cop of Hennepin County - Mike Freeman.
Left unchecked, the next round of mitigating spirals will be:
Finger pointing,
“ the victims fault”
More Diversity deviation
No recording of police
Increased witness intimidation
More dogs shot by police without any recourse.

Would Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman allow a Conceal Carry permit carrier who committed the same crimes the same privileges and freedoms as Officer Noor has today?
We think NOT !
Mike Freeman is negligent of his duties for failing to immediately arrest Officer Noor for manslaughter. Office Noor has further committed the crime of obstruction and continues to go freely about his business. It appears Freeman is engaged in conspiracy, complicity and collusion with other government agencies to continue to allow Noor extended freedoms the rest of the general public would be denied.
Citizens must now learn how to take oversight control back from these negligent politicians. Put the reins of control back into the hands of responsible individuals who will advocate real change with zealousy and tenacity.
